Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Subscriptions, trial and billing

Plans, prices and included limits are those published on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial; a symbolic €1 verification charge confirms the plan, after which it renews automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice, effective from the next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. First paid charges are refundable within 14 days under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk e-mail, host malware or phishing, infringe third-party rights, process data you have no right to process, or attempt to access other tenants. We may suspend an account that endangers the platform after notice, or immediately in an emergency, and will explain why.

Your content and data

You own the content and data you place on the platform. You grant us only the licence needed to host and display it. You can export your data at any time from the Dashboard and for 30 days after termination. Personal data is processed under our Data Processing Agreement.

Availability and support

Service levels, maintenance windows and support response times are set out in the Service Level Agreement.

Intellectual property

The Exiqze platform, its code, templates and documentation are the property of Exiqze EOOD. Subscriptions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform; no source code is transferred.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under a subscription is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
