One operating system
for the whole organisation.
Websites, shops, invoicing, accounting, projects, e-mail, POS and AI assistants in one isolated tenant on hardware we own in the EU. Written, hosted and supported by the same company.
Every system, already connected
Large organisations usually run ten tools that do not talk to each other. Exiqze is one database, one login and one permission model for all of them.
Websites and shops
Multi-language sites, catalogues, checkout and card payments, served from the same tenant as the back office.
Finance
Invoicing with fiscal numbering, double-entry ledger, VAT, bank import with automatic matching, payroll and budgets.
Projects and people
Workflow steps per service, live board, work orders to vendors, timesheets, client portal with quotes and approvals.
Customers and communication
CRM, e-mail accounts and campaigns, SMS, chat widget and AI assistants that answer from your own data.
Stock and point of sale
Warehouses, reservations, deliveries, inventory counts, QR ordering and cash registers connected to stock.
Reporting
Dashboards, workload charts, per-page analytics and scheduled reports built from the same tables the work happens in.
Built to pass procurement
The documents your legal, security and purchasing teams ask for already exist. Send them before the first meeting.
- Production on our own clustered hardware in Plovdiv, Bulgaria: two load-balanced web nodes, a multi-node database cluster, redundant storage. No US hyperscalers for core services.
- Daily encrypted off-site backups of database, files and virtual machines; a full restore is rehearsed every month and the result is logged.
- Role-based permissions down to field level, two-factor verification by SMS or e-mail, audit logs of admin actions, one isolated tenant per organisation.
- Service Level Agreement with 99.5 % monthly availability, severity-based response times and service credits when we miss it.
- Data Processing Agreement under GDPR, listed sub-processors, security description and a public status page.
- Storage connectors to your own servers when files must stay on a disk you control.
Two ways to run it
Enterprise plan, as a service
Your organisation gets one isolated tenant on our EU infrastructure with unlimited users, white label, API access, custom integrations and priority support. You start in minutes and scale by adding modules, not vendors.
Delivered configuration, for tenders
For public-sector and EU-funded projects we deliver Exiqze as a configured system: perpetual licence for the delivered configuration, hand-over protocol, training, documentation and warranty support, typically 36 months. Standard scopes go live in 90 days or less.
Dedicated AI, with ExiqzeClaw
Organisations that want an AI agent working inside their own data get a private virtual machine, custom skills and workflows, monitoring and a named account manager.
How an enterprise onboarding runs
Scope
We map your departments to modules in one working session and write the acceptance list item by item.
Migrate
Products, clients, invoices, pages and files are imported from your current tools; the old system stays live until you sign off.
Go live
Training per team, permissions set per role, a named contact at Exiqze for the first 90 days and after.
Tell us what you run today
We reply within one business day with a scope, a timeline and a fixed price per project, invoiced with VAT.
