Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 2026-09-06 · applies to all Exiqze subscription plans.

1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. At the end of the trial you confirm your plan with a symbolic €1 verification charge, after which the plan renews monthly or yearly at the published price.

2. Money-back guarantee

If Exiqze is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then and are not charged again. We do not pro-rate partial periods except under the 14-day guarantee above.

4. Your data after cancellation

Your website and data stay available read-only for 30 days after the period ends so you can export everything (pages, products, customers, invoices, files) from the Dashboard. After 30 days the tenant is deleted from production; backup copies expire within a further 30 days.

5. Consumer rights

If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; the guarantee above meets or exceeds it. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Bulgarian or EU law.
